How it works

  1. 1. Earn

    1 point for every $1 you spend, including dog and cat food. Foods on a free-bag punch card earn a free bag instead of points. The more you shop with us, the faster you earn:

    • Companion: 1 point per $1
    • Provider ($350+ a year): 1.1 points per $1
    • Champion ($800+ a year): 1.25 points per $1

  2. 2. Get $5 off

    Every 100 points turns into a $5 reward automatically. Use it within 90 days on anything except punch-card foods. We’ll send a reminder before it runs out.

  3. 3. Enjoy the extras

    • Double points on your first purchase with us (new customers)
    • +50 points per pet profile (up to 2 pets)
    • A free treat on your pet’s birthday, sent by email (so add your email when you join)
    • The Pack Pick when you reach Provider: choose a treat, chew or toy (up to $15), or a free self-serve wash at our Gresham store
    • A free treat-bar treat every month for Providers and Champions

Join in a minute

  1. Give your phone number at any register. That’s your member ID, so there’s no card to carry.

  2. Get a text with your link. Add your name, email and pets (+50 points per pet, up to 2).

  3. Start earning. Points add up every visit, and every 100 = $5 off.

01Does it cost anything?

No. The Neighborhood Pack is free.

02Does dog and cat food earn points?

Yes, unless it’s on a free-bag punch card. Punch-card foods (buy 12 bags, get 1 free on participating brands) earn a free bag instead of points.

03Do my points expire?

Your points never expire. Each $5 reward is good for 90 days.

04Which stores?

All six: Newberg, North Salem, South Salem, Wilsonville, Tigard and Gresham.

05Do I need a card or app?

No. Give your phone number at the register.

06What do you do with my information?

We use it to run your rewards and send the offers you choose. We will never sell or rent your contact information.
